Aerona is always keen to partner with clinical & dental practice software professionals to pursue shared opportunities for the growth & development of practice management software partnerships.
- The Aerona Partner Referral Program is available to all organisations who are not customers of Aerona or with an active subscription.
- You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.
- To be eligible for the Aerona Software Partner Referral Program, the Referring Partner must refer to Aerona Software a Referred Contact who is not an existing customer of Aerona Software, or currently in negotiations with Aerona Software about becoming a customer.
- A referral will be deemed successful when a Referred Contact signs a new subscription with Aerona Software within 12 months of being referred.
- For a referral to be successful it must be made via email to sales@aerona.com.
- For each successful referral, Aerona Software will pay 10% commission (of the monthly treatment room subscription, excluding additional extras) to the Referring Partner via BACS each month, for the first 12 months.
- Commission will be made to the Referring Partner within 10 days of Aerona Software receiving payment from the Referred Contact.
- Any additional services provided by Aerona e.g. migrations, training, SMS credits etc will not be included in the commission structure.
- A successful referral means that the Referred Contact has signed a minimum 12-month contract and has made payment for their first monthly invoice.
- An individual can only be nominated for the Referral Program once within a 12-month period.
- Aerona Software reserves the right to change the referring incentive without notice and as it sees fit.
- The referred company cannot be an owner, employee, Agent or Sub Agent for the referred business.
- Offer not valid and rewards are not payable for self-referrals
- The agreement will not prevent Aerona from developing other partnerships or from directly approaching or selling to customers, should it wish to do so.
- The Referring Partner will not modify or recreate the AeronaClinic brand without prior approval from Aerona. All marketing material should be agreed by both parties before being distributed practice management software partnerships or anywhere else.
- Aerona and the Referring Partner will keep in strict confidence any confidential information concerning the business, affairs, customers, clients or suppliers of the other party and all technical or commercial know-how, specifications, inventions, processes or initiatives which are of a confidential nature and have been disclosed by one party to the other party, its employees, agents, consultants or subcontractors and any other confidential information concerning the party’s business or its products which the other party may obtain save as may be required by law, court order or any governmental or regulatory authority. Neither party shall use any such information for any purpose other than to perform its obligations under the Contract.
- The confidentiality obligations of the parties will survive termination of the contract.
- The agreement will provide for standard termination provisions including provisions in relation to:
- Change of control
- Insolvency
- Failure of the other party to satisfy its obligations under the agreement
- For convenience by providing the other party with 6 months’ written notice
