1. Undo Recently Added Items
Mistakes happen — and now, they’re easier than ever to fix. With a single click, users can remove recently added treatments.
2. Favourite Items List
Every clinician can now create their own custom list of frequently used treatments, whether they’re chartable, non-chartable, or baselines. This means quicker access and fewer clicks.
3. Annotations
Prefer jotting down quick notes or marking a visual cue? The new annotation tool lets you handwrite notes directly on the chart, mirroring your natural workflow.
4. Removal of Treatments
Charting+ offers the option to mark a treatment as removed, which will automatically move it to historical treatments. Once marked as removed, the treatment will no longer appear on the chart. This helps improve flexibility without compromising record integrity.
5. Smart Charting Options
Use pre-set selections like ‘Full Mouth Missing’ for rapid charting in common cases. The presets are a list of common scenarios to quickly match the patient’s current mouth chart.
