Andover Dental Practice decided to switch their dental practice management software (DPMS) to AeronaDental in January 2020. “The customer service and support from AeronaDental has also been first-class. They work with you to show you the best way to use everything. If they cannot help immediately, the person we speak to always promptly passes our query onto the right individual, and they update us when this has been resolved. With our previous software provider, we would be held in a queue for 30 plus minutes, and it was never a quick resolution. It’s important to us that someone is available if we need them and AeronaDental fulfil this every time.”
“The team has been excellent. In particular, Anne is exceptional – she understands what we need and gets the job done. She will also keep in touch with updates while we undergo software updates, for example, which is really appreciated.”
